Cat chew through your cable TV wire? Did the vacuum cleaner suck up more than just dirt? No worries. Wave's Wire Guard plan can cover repairs to your Wave services inside wiring at a low monthly cost.
With Wire Guard simply call Wave customer service if you experience a problem with your inside wiring, and we will handle it from there. With one call to Wave, your interior Wave cable TV, internet or phone wiring repairs are handled. Avoid handling your own repairs, calling a third party electrician, or being charged by Wave for repairs.
What is covered?
- Diagnosis: When you report trouble, we will test the line to locate the problem.
- Repair: If the trouble is on the covered portion of wire as defined by the Wire Guard Terms and Conditions, it will be covered by the plan.

How does it work?
WavePhone™ is a broadband home phone service that works with the existing telephone wiring and the fiber-optic network already in your neighborhood. You can keep using your regular home phone handsets. If you want to make a call, simply pick up the receiver and dial.
WavePhone™ uses digitally delivered packet cable technology to deliver carrier-grade IP telephony over a private network. That ensures a higher quality of service with consistent and significantly better audio because WavePhone™ doesn't suffer performance issues that might result from dropped packets. For you, that means crystal clear sound, and no annoying echoes or sound delays.
It's easy to switch!
Switching to WavePhone™ is easy. In most cases, you can keep your existing phone number. All that's needed to get you started is to have a Wave installation professional come out and install your telephony modem.
