Issues with your service?
- Check for known issues or service outages in your area.
- If no reported outages in your area, try rebooting your modem.
If you are experiencing some degree of tiling, pixilation, poor audio or other reception issues with your cable service between the hours of 8:30 am and 2:30 pm, it might be due to a phenomenon called sun outages.
